A delivery app for a restaurant chain that was paying commission on every order through marketplace apps. Customers order and pay in the app and watch the rider on a map; the kitchen and the riders work from the same screen.

About the Project
The Food Delivery Application is a Flutter app for customers and riders backed by a Firebase and Stripe platform. Customers browse restaurants, order and pay in the app, then follow the rider on a live map. The operations team dispatches riders, manages menus and promotions, and watches orders per hour from a delivery dashboard.
The challenge
What the client needed
The chain took delivery orders through third-party apps that charged a commission on every order:
- Commission on every order ate the margin
- No customer data or repeat-order marketing
- Riders were dispatched by phone call
- Customers called the restaurant to ask where food was
- Menus and promotions differed across apps

What we built
We built the chain its own delivery platform: a customer app, a rider app and an operations dashboard, with payments and tracking built in.

The results
What changed for the chain
The chain keeps the commission it used to pay and, for the first time, has its own customer list. Average delivery time in the app is 28 minutes on the operations dashboard.
