About the Project
The Hospital Management System is a Laravel and Vue.js platform that holds a single patient record from registration to discharge. Reception books appointments, doctors see history and lab results, wards track beds, pharmacy dispenses against prescriptions and billing invoices automatically. Role-based access keeps each department seeing only what it needs.

The hospital group ran on paper files and five disconnected tools, which meant:
- Patient history was spread across departments
- Appointments were double-booked by phone
- Bed availability was checked by walking the ward
- Pharmacy and billing did not match prescriptions
- Management reports took days to compile
