How ITS Global collects, uses and protects the information you provide through this website.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
1. Who we are
ITS Global (“we”, “us”) operates this website and is the controller of personal data collected through it. You can reach us at contact@theitsglobal.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you give us and the minimum technical information needed to operate the site securely.
- Enquiry details. When you submit the contact or consultation form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, your budget range and the project details you write.
- Technical data. Your IP address and browser user agent are recorded with a form submission. We use these solely to prevent abuse of the form and to investigate spam.
- Session cookie. A single functional cookie keeps your session secure while you use the form. It carries no advertising or tracking identifier.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect special category data.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation you asked for.
- To prepare a proposal or quotation where you have requested one.
- To protect the website from automated abuse and spam.
- To meet legal or accounting obligations where they apply.
Where consent is the basis for contacting you, you gave it by ticking the consent box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without asking separately.
- We do not use advertising or profiling cookies on this website.
5. Who else sees it
Your enquiry is stored on our website hosting and delivered to our own email. Personal data may therefore be processed by our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions. We share information with other third parties only where the law requires it, or where you have asked us to.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for business record-keeping. Records identified as spam are deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
7. How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are validated and rate limited, database access uses parameterised queries, and administrative access is password protected with hashed credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply current, standard safeguards and review them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Cookies
This website sets one functional session cookie, which is necessary for the contact form to work securely. It expires when you close your browser. If analytics or advertising tools are added in future, this policy and a cookie notice will be updated before they are enabled.
10. External links
Our pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the page.
12. Contact
Questions about this policy or about your data can be sent to us through the contact page or by email to contact@theitsglobal.com.
