Multi-tenant software products with subscription billing, tenant isolation, onboarding and the operational tooling a product needs once it has real customers.
Bespoke PHP applications, integrations and modernisation of legacy systems, written to modern standards and deployable on ordinary hosting.
Custom CRM systems built around your real sales and service process, for teams that have outgrown a spreadsheet or fought an off-the-shelf platform into a corner.
Business systems that run operations end to end: inventory, purchasing, sales, finance and HR in one place, built around how your company actually works.
APIs that let your systems talk: integrations between your platform and payments, accounting, CRM, logistics and third-party services, plus public APIs for partners.
Application development on Laravel, for products complex enough to justify a full framework: authentication, queues, APIs, background jobs and a testable structure.
Windows and macOS applications for work that needs local hardware, offline operation or file system access that a browser cannot provide.
Why choose ITS Global

Frequently asked questions
Yes, and we usually recommend it, provided the foundations are done properly. An MVP should be narrow in features but sound in architecture. Cutting corners on tenancy, authentication or billing to save a fortnight costs far more to unpick later.
It depends on the project. A large application with many moving parts benefits from a framework such as Laravel. A focused tool, or one that has to deploy onto restrictive shared hosting, is often better as a lean custom build. We make the recommendation during discovery and explain the trade-off.
Buy, if a standard platform fits your process with light configuration. That is the cheaper and faster answer and we will say so. Build when your process is genuinely non-standard, when licence costs are disproportionate, or when the CRM has to sit inside a larger custom system.
Off-the-shelf suits a company that can adopt the vendor's process. If your process is a competitive advantage, or the vendor's licence and customisation costs are higher than a build, custom pays back. We will tell you which applies.
Often, yes: scheduled file exchange, database-level integration or automation of the interface. We tell you what is reliable and what is fragile.
It can, with caveats. Shared hosting typically lacks a persistent queue worker and long-running processes, so scheduled work has to run through cron and queues need care. For a small application it is workable. For anything busier we would recommend a VPS and explain the cost difference before you commit.
