About the Project
The Subscription Analytics Platform gives SaaS businesses a live view of recurring revenue, churn, cohorts and expansion. Each customer runs in an isolated tenant with its own users, plans and billing, while the founders manage everything from one admin console. It launched with product analytics, subscription billing and admin tooling from the first release.

What the client needed
The founders had a validated idea and no engineering team. They needed a first commercial release rather than a prototype, which meant:
- No in-house engineers to design the tenancy model
- Billing, permissions and analytics all needed on day one
- Investor demos needed real metrics, not mock-ups
- A prototype would not survive the first paying customer
- Every week without a release cost runway

We ran an architecture workshop covering tenancy, permissions and billing, then built the core product loop with admin tooling and analytics from the first release.
