Software for training centres

Training Centres, run on one system.

A training centre lives on enrolments and dies on admin: batches that clash, instalments nobody chased, and certificates typed one at a time the week after a course ends.

What goes wrong

The problems training centres know too well.

Each one, and what it looks like once the ITS Global system is running.

Each problem and how the ITS Global system solves it
The problemHow the system solves it
Enrolment is a form and a phone numberEnquiries arrive, are written down, and are followed up by whoever is free. The ones that go cold are never counted. Every enquiry is a record with an owner and a next step, so follow-up happens by rule rather than by availability.
Batches and trainers clashCourses are scheduled in a spreadsheet, trainers are booked by message, and the clash is discovered by the learners. Batches are scheduled against real trainer and room availability, so a clash is refused when it is created.
Instalments that quietly stopFees are paid in parts. Which learner has paid which instalment is tracked in a file that is only as current as the last person to update it. Each enrolment carries its own schedule, dues age automatically, and reminders go out without anyone maintaining a list.
Attendance nobody usesRegisters are marked and filed. Whether a learner has attended enough to be certified is worked out at the end, by hand. Attendance is recorded in the session and counts towards completion automatically.
Certificates typed one at a timeAt the end of a course somebody types names into a template for a week, and gets one wrong. Certificates are produced from the enrolment record, so the name on it is the name on the register.
No idea which courses payRevenue per course, cost per trainer and fill rate per batch are not tracked, so the timetable is built on instinct. Enrolments, fees and costs sit against the batch, so what to run again is a figure rather than a feeling.
